If this is a long weekend for you, I hope it’s a good one. We’ll have our long weekend in New Zealand next week for King’s Birthday. I’ve been unwell the past few days, so this issue is a little lighter than normal.

I’m working on making Best Served Hot a must-have resource for food bloggers. I’d love to know what you think.
